   My journey began 7 years ago when i came face to face with myself when my marriage was falling apart at the seams ! What i soon began to realize i was falling apart at the seams! I began my journey to healing my loss of self! I had always searched for wholeness outside myself because it was all i knew to do! At 55 yo i wanted to stop this cycle of expecting outside world to fill me up!
   I went to a treatment center for love addiction and codependency and my world cracked open in a very colorful experiential way of discovery of SELF ( self experiential love fulfilled)! Its been an amazing journey and once i trusted the process my world changed!

   Horses have helped me get to know myself in such an amazing way and have gently demonstrated to me my patterns and beliefs that no longer served me at 55 yo. I am now a coach using my own horses Hope and Sammie and my mini Sparky to help adults and children discover their true❤️ heart selves!!

   I am working on building my equus coaching business and finding i take 1-2 steps forward then three back! My horse Hope has mirrored to me my feeling small and not confident lately . She bucked and kicked out in round pen at liberty , and i had to keep convincing her what i was asking. I think She was mirroring my doubt.! Seems to be something that keeps showing up with my belief in myself , and doing my coaching business!! Any thoughts of encouragement and or experience welcomed!❤️🐴💜💜
